Jessica Grob is the mother of two sweet boys and works full-time in recruiting at a large tech company. She volunteers her extra time with Agape International Missions and finds great joy in bringing people together (especially for a retreat like this). She is passionate about healthy living and connecting with others who share that same passion.

Sarah Abel is a naturopathic doctor (ND) and certified nutrition specialist (CNS). She is the owner of Wella Clinic, a naturopathic medical practice in Roseville, CA. where she gets to channel her massive passion for the holistic well-being of women and children. Sarah is blessed to be called wife by an incredible husband, mama by her two precious girls, and daughter by the King of Kings.

Casey Taylor, PhD is a licensed psychologist, adjunct professor, pastor’s wife and friend who is passionate about fostering relationships of hope and healing. She completed her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Fuller Theological Seminary, and currently works as a licensed psychologist supporting youth, and young adults on their paths to growth and resilience. Her primary clinical experiences focus on trauma, youth development and caring adult relationships, and resilience

Chrissy Weir is passionate about two things, food and people. Her desire to serve, teach, and enhance the health of her clients and community is fueled by her love of real food. Chrissy believes two things about health, right eating and a joyful heart are the best medicine, and she carries that philosophy into her approach with San Diego based meal delivery company, Food Made Fresh, as well as in her holistic nutrition practice. Hormone balance and gut health are among her specialties when coaching and teaching. Chrissy lives in North County San Diego, with her husband and two kids.
